Seaview Retreat & Private Parking Southsea

Cool flat, perfection location and brilliant service. Positive: The location was perfect; easy access to the beach and the festival (Victorious) site. Free, dedicated parking space was also great, the kitchen was well equipped and the lovely welcome pack was hugely appreciated. Negative: Bed was a bit soft, but that’s a personal taste thing. Otherwise it was all good!

Such a nice home away from home. Positive: We like everything about the propery. It is in lovely location where you can see the seaside, small and big boats passing by. It is quiet as well at night time with pretty lights outside which gives us a sense of peace during our stay. Property is very clean and beautiful. Host is very nice and helpful. Negative: Not really a bad thing, but i think providing a microwave oven where the guest can heat up foods easily will be a huge plus. But apart from that, everything was provided by the lovely host♥️

Overall a nice old friends university reunion. Positive: Great location, beach was opposite and it was good walking distance to attractions. Good restaurants nearby. The flat had all the basic amenities needed. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Views of the seafront was amazing. Negative: Parking space wasn't obvious. Sat inbetween 2 of the buildings and no signage. The host was a bit abrupt when I rang to ask for help. The photos on the site were not clear. We also paid for additional parking, I emailed to ask for information on this and didn't receive a reply, information on how it works would be helpful. Some mould in the bathroom. Had basic cooking amenities ie oil but it looked like it was left over from previous guests., it would be nice to have these looking fresh/ topped up.

Very convenient for our purpose of visiting family. Property was clean and well equipped except for a microwave oven which would have made heating snacks or quick meals less of a hassle than having to use a full conventional oven.Having said this the situation is certainly excellent with great views from the lounge windows and I would thoroughly recommend this Accomodation to anyone looking for a quiet yet very conveniently placed to stay especially as it has its own off road parking space.Thank you to our very helpful hosts.
